L’éthique normative et l’éthique réflexive dans le management du cadre de santé

Abstract : There is a strong demand for ethics in the economic, political and scientific fields. The ethics traditionally associated with care is a well-known concept in hospitals. It is because it is necessary to apply principles that appear to be antagonistic that ethics as a questioning can be a decision aid in management. The healthcare executive has personal, moral, religious and philosophical convictions that can interfere with collective institutional interests. He has the particularity of being from its original sector, and of carrying the values which relate to it. His professional responsibility is found in his role as referent and mediator in the field of ethics. He shares responsibility for the care and organization of work ensuring respect for the values of the public system. If professional rules meet humanist values, on what basis is the ethics of health executives in management ? According to Péguy, "the untimely use of words is accompanied by the disappearance of the thing they designate." Is ethics just a buzzword or could it be a reality in management?
